In order to process credit applications, service accounts, and provide the best customer experience, we collect various categories of information on consumers during the application process. Your Rights Under the CCPA

The California Consumer Privacy Act New (CCPA) provides California consumers rights concerning their personal information. The CCPA grants California residents the right to request a business disclose what personal information it collected on them; from what sources the business collected this information; the purpose of collecting the information; the types of persons with whom the information was shared; and the types of persons with whom the information was sold; and the types of information shared or sold. Some information collected on California consumers is considered sensitive personal information; the Company restricts use of this information to reasons expressly permitted by the CCPA, and as such, a consumer’s right to restrict the use of that information is inapplicable. California consumers have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information maintained by the Company. California consumers who exercise these rights are protected from negative treatment by the businesses from whom they request the information. Submit a Request to Delete Your Information

The CCPA grants California consumers the right to request a business delete their personal information. However, that right subject to several exceptions. Personal information that is collected, processed, sold, or disclosed pursuant to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and implementing regulations, or the California Financial Information Privacy Act is exempt from a deletion request under the CCPA. In addition, a business is not required to comply with a request for deletion of personal information where it is necessary for certain business and legal purposes, or where its retention is reasonably expected based on the relationship between a business and a consumer. Regardless, we understand the interest consumers have concerning the collection and use of their personal information.
