Wireless Operator Authorization
You authorize your wireless operator (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, or any other branded wireless operator) to disclosure to Company and its third-party service providers you mobile number, name, address, email, network status, customer
type, customer role, billing type, mobile device identifiers (IMSI and IMEI) and other subscriber status and device details, if available, solely to verify your identity and prevent fraud for the duration of the business

State Law Disclosures
California: In accordance with California law, Capital Community Bank will not share information we collect about California residents with companies outside of Capital Community Bank except as permitted by law, such as with the consent of the customer, to service the customer’s accounts, or to fulfill on rewards or benefits. We will limit sharing among our companies to the extent required by applicable California law.
